Prize Collection Rules
Habbo Arcade will be enforcing a prize collection rule for all events, giveaways and competitions. These rules will apply to all of the events aforementioned hosted by Habbo Arcade (including by Administrators or Arcade staff). Any winners of these events that have Habbo currency or furniture listed as prizes will have one month to claim it from when the winner is announced. Failing to claim such prizes after one month will be classed as a donation to Habbo Arcade.
Giveaways or events organsied by individuals or community members will be solely responsible for delivering prizes to winners. The one month rule will not apply to these indivdually organised giveaways and events. If you have problems collecting prizes from individual hosts, please contact an Arcade Administrator or Team Leader.
You must be in good standing with our community to be able to collect any prize. If you are banned from our Discord server or website then you are unable to claim any prizes you may have earned prior to being banned.
One month is an extended period of time, giving plenty of opportunity for both hosts and winners to contact eachother and organise a collection time. Winners should receive one of two notifications of winning: a tag in our Discord server or a DM from the giveaway/competition/event host.
If you haven't received either of these two notifications of your giveaway/competition/quest win, please contact an Administrator or Team Leader on Discord. These are currently:
