Community Manager

We're looking to put more focus on our Discord activity now that we have increased our presence on-client with events and competitions. To help us achieve this, we're looking for a Community Manager to join our Discord Team and help to lead the introduction of more consistent Discord based competitions and activities for the whole community to enjoy.

This will involve keeping the server active and engaged, whilst coming up with new ideas for our team of Community Coordinators to put into action. The role will focus on interacting well with the community and also driving new members to join the server.

General Requirements:

Highly active on Discord with good communication skills
Confident in engaging with the community
Able to host or lead activities when needed
Able to come up with prompts, competitions new ideas to try on Discord

Manager Requirements:

Oversee and support the Community Coordinator team
Ensure consistent Discord activity, including #daily-prompts and competitions
Monitor engagement levels and suggest improvements
Recruit and support our Community Coordinators

Events Manager

As our events team continues to grow, we are looking for someone to join our team to manage and oversee our team of hosts. We are particularly interested in applications from those most active in the EU timezone.

You must be a good team player, approachable and able to give constructive feedback when required. As an event manager you will make sure the team remains active as well as hiring and onboarding new hosts.

General Requirements:

Your own credits to give out as prizes
Own teleporters to manually link event rooms when required
Able to host at least 1 in-game event per month

Manager Requirements:

Willing to give out credit rewards, when required, to hosts
Have knowledge of a wide range of event games
Manage our events leaderboard by logging points after events have ended

Guide Writer

Badge Guides: Active during typical badge / rare release times in the .COM hotel

Wired Guides: Have an interest and good knowledge in how Wired works
Willing to work within a team
Be at least 16 years of age

Pixel Artist
